Top 100 Employers for School & College Leavers 2018
Devon County Council have made the Top 100 School Leavers 2018!
Rankings for the awards is based entirely on the opinions of apprentices. Apprentices completed surveys analysing everything about their employers and training programmes, from skills development, career progression and training to company culture. Surveys were also used to rank industry-specific categories acknowledging the top employers in their particular fields.
Overall we were ranked 72 out of 100 with a score of 81.1%. Our Apprenticeship Programmes were scored 15th (80.9%) for our Intermediate Apprenticeship and 34th (81.2%) for our Advanced Apprenticeship. Within the Public Sector category Devon County Council have been ranked 2nd! What an achievement.
