Fundraising for WESC Foundation

Cake Sale & Dress Down Day for WESC Foundation 🍰

Tia, Gabby, Olivia, Amy & Max.

'The WESC Foundation is a specialist day and residential centre for young people and adults with visual impairment including complex needs in Exeter, Devon.'

Following our volunteering at the West Hill site we decided to do some fundraising for WESC so we organised a cake sale at County Hall which took place on the 3rd October. What a success it was as well. We had so many people buy and bake cakes for our sale we just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who supported us on the day and got baking (or popped over to their local supermarket). It didn't take very long for our cakes to disappear!

We also decided to do a Dress Down Day in our teams and Great Moor House alone raised £72.20. That put our total fundraising amount from the cake sale and dress down day to an amazing £338.51!

From all of the apprentices involved we liked to say a huge thank you to everyone who donated.
